Pitanga x Ricardo Milne

Toy designer in white painted clay of a enough size proportions and uncertain balance that defies the laws of physics and puts the beauty of any supernova into a corner. It was created during the pandemic lockdown, and the search for balance was the main focus, despite appearing to be in perfect imbalance.

Ricardo Milne (@ricardo_milne) The Tosca.Lab project connected two artistic universes, ceramics and illustration, resulting from this fusion new conceptual and creative dynamics, especially objects of author “designer toys”. Valuing creative spontaneity and handcraft processes, it’s in the studio that objects are designed, their prototypes are modeleted, produced in small quantities and subsequently illustrated by hand, making each piece one of a kind.
